YOO Chang-ho is the deputy team leader of Reformation Task Force at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1998, he worked as Director for Press Relations, Director for Inter-Korean Policy Division, Minister-Counsellor at the Korean Embassy in India and Consul General at the Korean Embassy in China. He was also posted at the Korean Embassies in the US and Ethiopia and to the Korean PRT(Provincial Reconstruction Team) in Afghanistan.
He received his B.A. in law from Yonsei University, LLM from LSE and an MJur from Oxford University.
