HA Tae-youk, the Chief of the Local Diplomacy Office at the Governors Association of the Republic of Korea (GAROK), has previously held the position of Ambassador to both Kyrgyzstan and Sweden under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At present, he is working on systematizing and institutionalizing local diplomacy.
