Born in Seoul on January 29, 1959, HWANG Hyojin, Vice Mayor for Global City and Political Affairs of Incheon Metropolitan City, served as a member of the mayoral transition committee and a standing auditor of the Incheon Metropolitan City Corporation during the 6th popular election and served as the 9th president of the Incheon Metropolitan City Corporation in 2017. He served as a member of the mayoral transition committee during the 8th popular election, served as a member of the Incheon Port Authority's port committee and a representative certified public accountant for Hana's accounting firm, and was inaugurated as the Vice Mayor for Global City and Political Affairs of Incheon Metropolitan City, in January 2024.
