Biography

Born in Shandong, China in Mar. 1967, Consul General WANG Luxin started his career at National Education Commission of the People's Republic of China in 1989, then served as Third Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in R.O.K. from 1993 to 1997, Deputy Division Director of the Department of International Cooperation of China's Ministry of Education from 1998 to 2002, Division Director of the HanBan from 2002 to 2006, Division Director of the Confucius Institute from 2006 to 2007, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Belgium from 2008 to 2013, Deputy Director-General of China's Ministry of Education from 2013-2014, Vice-Chancellor of Beijing Language and Culture University from 2014-2016 and Minister-counselor of the Chinese Embassy in R.O.K. from 2016-2020. Currently, Consul General WANG is actively engaged in foreign activities and is committed to promoting friendly exchanges and co-operation between China and the ROK.
