Joseph Byrne is a Research Fellow in the Open-Source Intelligence and Analysis (OSIA) team at RUSI. The OSIA team focuses on North Korea’s overseas procurement and proliferation networks to Russia’s ongoing military activities, seeking to leverage new technologies and techniques to generate actionable and insightful research on contemporary security issues.
