Fundamental shifts in the international environment are being further brought about by US-China strategic competition in the Indo-Pacific region after Covid-19 pandemic. ROK and ASEAN are ready to forge a closer strategic partnership in order to navigate through the increasing uncertainty and instability in the regional order. How can ROK-ASEAN move forward on this front?
