Recently we are facing big shifts in the peace-building process and denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. Therefore the main question is how to prepare for the new era of inter-Korean exchanges and promote cooperation on the Korean peninsula. In this session, we will seek a new paradigm for inter-Korean relations and find a way to build mutual cooperation between civil society and government. Moreover, we will search for desirable roles of various actors who are relevant in the sphere of inter-Korean exchanges. Also, we will propose creative ways to form good governance for inter-Korean exchanges.
