Is the world ready for the Fourth Industrial Revolution? How much does it matter to the Asian soft power? The strategic approach by nations varies among each other since some would apply strategies that concentrate on securing soft power based on big capital and strong networks while others would develop their own specific public diplomacy strategic tool. Moreover, the new technologies force a shift of global paradigm from the Third to the Fourth industrial revolution which also heralds a whole new way forward of the Asian soft power. The discourse is intended to raise transitional issues and appraise the implications that the Fourth Industrial Revolution casts upon the Asian soft power.
