Women are still underrepresented at the decision making level in many organizations all over the world. This session is designed to discuss and share some of the best practices, ideas, and challenges of empowering women as leaders in the public and private sectors by inviting experts from the UN Women, Korean Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Center for Creative Leadership, and National Women’s Education Center of Japan.
