The fourth and final Nuclear Security Summit will provide a roadmap for future international efforts on nuclear security. The challenge will be maintaining the momentum of efforts to improve global standards to deny terrorists access to all nuclear materials, civil or military. Asia-Pacific has played its part in enhancing standards in both security and safety, but could there be a benefit in a regional report card?
