Diplomacy / Security
Since the end of last year, North Korea has been defining inter-Korean relations as relations between two belligerent states and removing unification references internally. Amidst North Korea’s anti-unification actions, this session will bring together experts from Korea, the U.S. and China to discuss the direction of our unification diplomacy to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to achieving unification. In particular, we aim to explore ways to garner the support of the international community for a unified Korean Peninsula that is free and at peace and create an international environment favorable to unification.
