Neil Laurence ALPUERTO is a dedicated student at Marie Ernestine School in Cebu, Philippines. Over the past three years, Laurence has served as an officer in the Radio/Rescue Emergency Assistance Volunteer Organization (REAVO) Whale Sharks (RWS 08). He has attended various training programs, including the REAVO Youth Congress 2025 on First Aid and Life Saving, as well as the Lapu-Lapu City Bureau of Fire's Bombero sa Paaralan 2026, focusing on fire safety and emergency response. He looks forward to continuing these experiences to develop his character and maturity.
