CHUNG Rae Kwon is a Pioneer of Green Growth Paradigm synergizing climate action and energy transition with economic growth and job creation since 2005 and Promoter of new climate economics focusing on long term quality of growth by shifting tax base from income to carbon emission. He is now promoting bottom up approach focusing on consumer participation based personally determined contribution <PDC> and <Me First> campaign as a critical driver of top down approach based on NDC <Nationally Determined Contribution>. He served as the first Climate Change Ambassador of Korea and Principal Advisor on climate change to the U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon after serving as director for environment and development division of UNESCAP.
