LEE Ju-yeon is currently a Research Fellow at the Northeast Asian History Foundation. He earned his Ph.D. in International Studies from Hanyang University. His research primarily focuses on Russian foreign policy and Korea-Russia relations. His key publications include 'Analyzing and Assessing the Factors of War in Ukraine from a Wedge Strategy Perspective (2023)’, ‘The Role of Russian Collective Emotion in the Ukraine War (2024)’, ‘Putin’s Eurasian Strategy from a Geopolitical Perspective (2025)’.
