Biography
Bartosz WISNIEWSKI is a Polish diplomat and international affairs expert with extensive experience in diplomacy, policy research, transatlantic relations, and economic affairs. From 2023 to 2024, he served as Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Poland to the United Kingdom in London and also acted as Director of the Polish Cultural Institute in London. Previously, he was Head of Research at the Polish Institute of International Affairs in Warsaw, where he had earlier worked as a researcher. His professional background also includes service as a Commercial Specialist at the Embassy of the United States in Poland, as well as analytical and research roles in the private sector and leading international policy institutions. He has been affiliated with the German Marshall Fund of the United States as a Marshall Memorial Fellow and a member of its Advisory Council on Business and Society. He has also held visiting fellowships at CEPA and CSIS in Washington, D.C. He holds an M.A. from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, Oxford Saïd Business School, and INSEAD.
