KIM Sun Jae is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Jeju National University. After earning a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from Kyung Hee University and an M.A. in Chinese Politics from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, he received his Ph.D. in International Relations from the School of Public Diplomacy at Jilin University as a Chinese Government Scholarship student. His primary research interests include Chinese politics and Sino-Russian relations. Prior to joining Jeju National University, he conducted research on Chinese affairs at institutions such as the Korea Institute for National Unification and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also served as a research officer in charge of Chinese affairs at the National Assembly for approximately five years.
