아이토르 리자차(Aitor Lizartza)는 몬드라곤 대학교에서 논문 “바스크 지역의 바이오 기술 기업 창설을 위한 핵심 요소”를 주제로 2009년 2월 경영학 박사학위를 취득했습니다. 그는 이후로 창업과 혁신에 관한 학술연구에 참여했습니다.
핀란드 이위베스퀼레 응용과학대학(Jyväskylä Applied Sciences University, Finland)에서 국제 석사학위를 취득했습니다. 몬드라곤 대학교 내 “몬드라곤 팀 아카데미 창업 유닛(Mondragon Team Academy entrepreneurship unit)”의 공동설립자이자 스페인 인증기관인 ANECA가 인증한 “창업가 리더십 및 혁신”(LEINN) 과정의 설계를 맡았고, 첫 공식적인 기업가 타이틀을 획득했습니다.
2016년부터 몬드라곤대학교 경영학부 ‘기업가-MTA(Entrepreneurship-MTA)’ 이사로 재직하고 있으며, 몬드라곤 팀 아카데미는 현재 LEINN 학위 및 기업가 정신 관련 학사 프로그램, 10개의 기업가 관련 연구소(이룬, 오나테, 빌바오, 마드리드, 바르셀로나, 발렌시아, 말라가, 푸에블라, 상하이, 서울)를 개발한 1,000여 명으로 구성된 커뮤니티를 보유하고 있습니다.
Aitor Lizartza is Doctor by Mondragon Unibertsitatea in business management with the thesis of "Key factors for the creation of biotech companies in the Basque country" since February 2009. He has participated in several research projects in entrepreneurship and innovation.
International Master in Jyväskylä Applied Sciences University (Tiimiakatemia Finland). Co-founder of Mondragon Team Academy entrepreneurship unit in Mondragon University and design of the degree in entrepreneurial leadership and innovation (LEINN), verified by ANECA (spanish acrreditaion entity) in 2009 and first official title on entrepreneurship (accreditated in March 2017).
From 2016 Director of Entrepreneurship-MTA in Mondragon University (Faculty of Business Studies). The network of Mondragon Team Academy currently has a community of more than 1000 people who have developed LEINN degree and graduate programs in entrepreneurship, 10 Laboratories of entrepreneurship (Irún, Oñate, Bilbao, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Puebla, Shanghai and Seoul).
