The Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation(NAPC) Platform, a part of Northeast Asia+ Community Responsibility(Policy Task 98), is aimed at transforming the regional order of confrontation and conflict into one of dialogue and cooperation. The Korean government has reinforced a Private-Public Network for the NAPC Platform to create synergy between the public and the private sector and to activate the Platform. Domestic think tanks, including the Sejong Institute, have cooperated with regional counterparts regarding multilateral issues in Northeast Asia, along with regular meetings to yield practical outcomes. This session is designed to evaluate the progress of public-private sector networks over the past four years and to discuss the remaining tasks for the future.
