As the saying goes, "The 21st century is the era of Asia," Asia is emerging as a leading player in the international community. Cooperative leadership should be supported in creating new values and order that the times demand. Under the theme of "Jeju, the Frontline of Sustainable Development," the fourth edition deals with global Jeju development strategies in terms of environment, culture, and tourism, and contains interviews with former U.N. Ambassador to the United Nations, Kim Sook, and Shen Dingli, vice president of Fudan University's Institute for International Studies. (Korean)
