IM, Han-taek is a Counselor of the Center for International Law, KNDA(Korea National Diplomat Academy), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and concurrently serves as a visiting professor of the College of Language & Diplomacy, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies(HUFS) in Seoul. During his diplomatic service for more than 30 years, he was the Romanian Ambassador and Deputy Ambassador to the Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva. Ambassador IM served most of his career in the Legal Division of MOFA, holding the positions of Director General and Director. He earned an MA from the University of Wisconsin and a BA from Korea University.
