Biography
Mr. Tae-Nyen Kim is the Executive Managing Director of Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association (KAMA) in charge of Policy & Planning, International Cooperation, Industry & Research, Environment & Technology, and Exhibition. He is also an advisory member of various governmental committees related to trade or environmental issues.
In June 1994, Mr. Kim joined KAMA as Deputy Manager, handling bilateral and multilateral trade issues.
Born in Seoul, Korea on June 6th, 1959, Mr. Kim graduated from Gyeongbuk National University in 1986, majoring in English Language and Literature. He is married with two children. Mr. Kim received in 1999 a “Trade Day” award from the Prime Minister for his contribution to the trade promotion of automobiles.
