Joe Kaeser is President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens AG, the global electrical engineering and electronics company based in Germany. After joining Siemens in 1980, he served as positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Microelectronics USA, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Siemens AG. Kaeser has been showing a big interest in Korean economy and advised that Korean industry shift from manufacturing to converging with digitalization.
