Biography
Ji-won Lee, CEO of UCL, took office as CEO in February 2006, along with her corporate vision of 'making tomorrow's cosmetics'. As a result of contributing to Korean economic development with UCL's technology and know-how specialized in Cosmetics ODM/OEM, which has been accumulated for 38 years, CEO Lee was awarded by the Minister of Small and Medium-sized Venture Businesses in 2017.
CEO Lee is making a great effort to research and develop natural and organic cosmetics based on the Jeju factory, which is the second production base after the Incheon factory, and has been carrying out various activities for the development of the cosmetics industry in Jeju through exchanges and coexistence with local cosmetics companies.
Currently, CEO Lee is the Chairman of Jeju Cosmetic Cert(JCC) business association, a member of the Jeju cosmetics industry promotion committee, and vice chairman of the Korean Women Designers Association.
