Dr. SHENG Bin is the “Cheung Kong Scholar” professor at the Institute of International Economics, Nankai University, and senior research fellow of the Center for Transnationals’ Study and APEC Study Center, Nankai University. He is also the dean of School of Economics, Nankai University, and director of China APEC Academy. He is assuming the vice secretary of China’s Society of World Economy, vice secretary of China’s University Association of International Trade Studies, vice chairman of China’s Society of American Economy, executive editor of International Trade Studies, vice chief-editor of Nankai Economic Studies and other academic positions. He was senior visiting scholar of the U. S. Fulbright Foundation at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Washington, D. C. during 2008-2009.

SHENG Bin 박사는 중국 난카이 대학교 경제 학원 원장이며, 중국 APEC 아카데미 원장이다. 그리고 난카이 대학교 국제경제연구소의 “Cheung Kong Scholar” 교수이자 난카이 대학교 다국적 협력 연구 센터와 APEC 연구 센터 선임 연구원이다. 그는 중국 세계 경제 학회 부회장, 중국 대학 무역학 연합회 부회장, 중국 미국경제학회 부회장, 무역학 연구 편집장, 난카이 경제학연구 부편집장 등을 맡고 있다. 그는 2008-2009년까지 워싱턴 D.C. 피터슨 국제 경제 연구소의 미국 풀 브라이트 재단 선임 객원연구원이었다.
