Dr. SHENG Bin is the “Cheung Kong Scholar” professor at the Institute of International Economics, Nankai University, and senior research fellow of the Center for Transnational Studies and APEC Study Center, Nankai University. He is also the dean of the School of Economics, Nankai University, and director of China APEC Academy. He is assuming the vice secretary of China’s Society of World Economy, vice secretary of China’s University Association of International Trade Studies, vice chairman of China’s Society of American Economy, executive editor of International Trade Studies, vice chief editor of Nankai Economic Studies, and other academic positions. He was a senior visiting scholar of the U. S. Fulbright Foundation at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Washington, D. C. during 2008-2009.
