Ki-Jeong Song is currently a professor of French Literature at Ewha Womans University. She earned her Master's and Ph.D at the University of Paris III, and a Bachelor's degree at the Ewha Womans University in Seoul, where she was born. She is the author of <The Madness and the Literature>, <Novels on screen>, <The Mythic Imagination and the Culture>(co-author), and <Writing History>(co-author), and other books. The French literature that she translated into Korean includes <Louis Lambert> by Balzac, <Histoire des treize> by Balzac, <La Naissance du jour> by Colette, <Tempête>, and <Bitna under the sky of Seoul> by Le Clézio. She is also the chair of the Korean Association of French Literature.
