Carolyn RODRIGUES-BIRKETT brings more than 25 years of public sector experience and strong managerial expertise across national and international arenas. Her career has spanned several roles, including Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and International Cooperation, Minister of Amerindian Affairs, Member of Parliament, international civil servant, and Permanent Representative of Guyana to the United Nations. She also served her community – Santa Rosa, as an elementary school teacher.
