KANG Chang Il, Executive Vice-Chairperson of the 22nd Peaceful Unification Advisory Council, served as a four-term National Assembly Member. During his tenure, he chaired the Dokdo Territory Committee and the Korea-Japan Parliamentarians’ Union. He later served as Ambassador to Japan and is currently Chairperson of the Korean side for the Korea-Japan Forum.
