Biography

PARK Hanna is a Visual Artist and Filmmaker based in Jeju, Korea. Through moving image, sound, text, field research, and interviews, she explores ecological crises, biodiversity loss, and the unstable relationships between humans and non-human beings. Her practice examines how living entities survive within disturbed landscapes, and how art can open new ways of sensing and sharing habitat beyond human-centered perspectives. PARK’s works have been presented in contexts including the Seoul International Eco Film Festival, and her related projects have also been shown at the Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art. Her recent practice focuses on weeds, fallow land, abandoned artifacts, and rewilding, using experimental video and collaborative research to question productivity-driven ways of seeing nature and to imagine more fragile, attentive forms of coexistence.
