YOON Dae Kyun is a Professor in the Department of Software at Ajou University and Director of the AI Institute of Ajou University. He also serves as a Member of the Technology Innovation and Infrastructure Subcommittee, National AI Strategy Committee. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University and his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. He has held key leadership positions in the private sector, including CEO of NHN Technology Services and Executive Vice President at Samsung Electronics. Drawing on extensive experience across academia, industry, software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and industry-academia collaboration, he leads AI convergence research and industry-linked projects. His work contributes to strengthening Korea’s AI technology and infrastructure ecosystem and promoting practical AI innovation across public and private sectors.
