KIM Kyung Tae is Team Leader of the Supply Chain Response Team at Korea Ocean Business Corporation (KOBC). He received his Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Sogang University Graduate School of Economics and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Shipping, Port and Logistics at Korea Maritime & Ocean University. Before joining Korea Ocean Business Corporation in 2020, he worked on process innovation at S-Core, Samsung Group’s in-house IT and management consulting firm. Since joining KOBC, he has undertaken work related to shipping industry diagnostics, maritime market analysis, and project finance. Since 2026, he has led the Supply Chain Response Team, focusing on maritime supply chain risk monitoring, analysis of global shipping and logistics disruptions, and the development of response measures to strengthen Korea’s maritime supply chain resilience.
