LEE Moon Young is an associate professor of the Institute for Peace and Unification Studies at Seoul National University. She received Ph.D. from Moscow State University with a dissertation on M. Bakhtin’s dialogism. Her academic fields include Russian studies and peace studies. She was an expert member of the Presidential Committee on Northern Economic Cooperation, and now works as a member of directors’ board of the Korean Diplomacy Plaza, etc.
