Ambassador Vũ HỒ, the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the Republic of Korea, is a distinguished diplomat with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in international affairs. He holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Russia, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the United States, reflecting a broad and global outlook. Over the course of his career at Viet Nam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he has developed deep expertise in regional cooperation, particularly in ASEAN-related matters, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Director-General of the ASEAN Department. He has also gained valuable overseas experience through diplomatic assignments in the United States. In his current role in the Republic of Korea, Ambassador Vũ HỒ plays an active role in advancing the Viet Nam–Korea Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, fostering stronger collaboration in economic, political, and cultural fields, and promoting closer ties between the peoples of the two nations.
