ONO Tamotsu is Director of the Children’s Dream Fund Department, National Institute for Youth Education (NIYE) of Japan. ONO Tamotsu was born in 1966. After working at the public elementary school, the Akita Prefectural Education Office, and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan, Mr. Ono joined the National Institute for Youth Education (NIYE) of Japan and is now serving as the Director of the Children’s Dream Fund Department.
