HE Manjiang is a Knowledge Management and Training Specialist based in Shanghai, China, at Control Risks, a U.K.-headquartered risk consultancy. She currently serves as a member of the Youth Advisory Group at the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA). Since 2019, she has been actively engaged in Futuring Peace in Northeast Asia, a regional peacebuilding initiative under the Youth, Peace and Security agenda led by DPPA. Her contributions include facilitating regional workshops, conducting a cross-regional survey on peacebuilding, and co-authoring a youth-led report that provides policy recommendations for advancing regional peace. Manjiang has also participated in several international peacebuilding and security programs by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, and the Hiroshima-ICAN Academy on Nuclear Weapons and Global Security. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
