JIN Hee Jong is a President in Jeju Institute for Lifelong Education and Scholarship. He is working to establish the concept of ‘Eco Legal Person’ academically and spread it to the public to have the legal right of self-preservation for important ecological resources in order to overcome climate and crises. He served as a special professor at Jeju International University, as an audit committee member of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province audit committee, the chairman of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Social Convention Committee.
