LEE Yoonjin received her Ph.D. in Social Security and Social Welfare Policy from Yonsei University Graduate School of Social Welfare in 2015. She then worked as an associate research fellow at the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education and as a professor in the Department of Welfare Administration at Seowon University. Currently, she is a professor at the Institute of Healthy Aging Society at Konkuk University. Her main research areas include low birth rate and aging policies, caregiving, unification social welfare, and work-family balance. She is currently actively conducting various research projects related to these fields.
