HWANG Ki-Sik is a professor of Dong-A University in Busan. He is teaching International Relations in the Department of International Studies. His research interest is mostly on the EU and Foreign Direct Investments. He did his M.Phil. degree in London School of Economics and his Ph.D. from University of London. He is currently working for the University as a Dean of Planning Department
