LEE Sira currently serves as a Chief Youth Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, leading initiatives to strengthen global competencies of youth through policy planning and program implementation. Before joining the Ministry, she worked at the JW LEE Center for Global Medicine at Seoul National University College of Medicine, where she conducted international public health research and contributed to curriculum development in global health education. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and previously worked at the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office in Turkmenistan, managing youth-related data analysis and coordinating collaborative projects between WHO and the RCO.
