Kit Hoi LI is a lawyer and policy researcher with experience across the Americas, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He currently works as a consultant with the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UNDPPA) on digital governance, focusing on Northeast Asia. His work includes advancing the Global Digital Compact, promoting digital inclusion, and addressing online hate speech and misinformation in conflict-affected contexts. Kit studied at Cambridge, Harvard, and Williams College, and is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, where his research explores citizenship theory.
