Biography

Tina FUWA is a youth researcher part of the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UNDPPA)’s Futuring Peace in Northeast Asia initiative. She is currently working as an Open Source Intelligence Analyst in the field of disinformation and misinformation in Japan, striving to build productive and effective public discussions and contribute to substantial governance communications. She has an educational background in law and international relations with national and international leadership experience in policy research projects. Tina was previouslyed as a program participant representing the Cabinet Office of Japan as well as the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. She holds future aspirations in exploring the utilization of data in order to provide empirical evidence based policy research.
