Biography

Born in Jincheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, PARK Jong Kuk served as Political Desk Editor and Head of the Content Strategy Office at Money Today for 16 years. During this time, he built an extensive network through interviews and engagements with key figures in the political and economic spheres. Drawing on his experience in journalism, he transitioned into academia as a professor at Kyonggi University, where he has been dedicated to both teaching and scholarly research, nurturing future leaders and contributing meaningfully to academic discourse. He also played a pivotal role in major political campaigns—including presidential, general, and local elections of the Republic of Korea—serving as spokesperson and communications strategist. His diverse background across media, public affairs, and politics has equipped him with a unique strategic perspective, particularly in planning, policy development, and public relations. Currently, he serves as Director-General of the Lifelong Education Headquarters at the Gyeonggi-do Provincial Institute for Lifelong Learning (GILL), where he oversees the province's comprehensive lifelong learning policies aimed at enhancing the well-being and capacities of Gyeonggi residents.
