HWANG Hwan-taek is currently serving as the Director of the Chungnam-do Institute of Lifelong Education & Human Resources Development, where he is dedicated to advancing lifelong learning and nurturing talent. With over 30 years of experience as an educator, he has also served as Vice President of the Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations, President of the Chungnam Teachers' Association, and Chairman of the National Committee Against Pension Reform, leading initiatives to promote teachers’ rights and enhance education. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as a special professor at Korea Open Cyber University, an editorial writer for News The One, and a member of the Chungcheongnam-do Governor’s Transition Committee.
