CHUNG Ji-eun is the CEO and Founder of CODIT Corp., a leading policy intelligence platform that combines AI technology with deep policy expertise to help businesses and governments navigate complex regulatory environments. She chairs the Policy Committee at the Korea Startup Forum, Korea’s largest startup advocacy body, and co-chairs the Government and International Affairs Committee at AMCHAM Korea, playing a key role in bridging public-private dialogue and shaping startup policy. She also serves on Korea’s Presidential Digital Government Platform Committee and the National Strategy Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, advising on digital transformation and regulatory innovation. With over 15 years of international policy experience at the OECD, UNESCO, and the World Bank, Ms. CHUNG brings a global perspective to regulatory reform and governance innovation. Under her leadership, CODIT has become a prominent player in the global GovTech space, supporting Fortune 500 companies, startups and government agencies with real-time policy insights and strategic guidance. She also founded the Global Evidence-Based Policy Institute, CODIT’s think tank, which advances data-driven policymaking through research, National Assembly engagement, and international case studies.
