Biography
Mubarak Ajlan Al-Kuwari is a distinguished diplomat with extensive experience in organizing high-profile conferences, diplomatic affairs, and protocol management. He serves as the Executive Director of the Doha Forum and the Permanent Committee for Organizing Conferences at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Qatar.
Previously, Al-Kuwari was Second Secretary and Consul at the Embassy of Qatar in the UK (2012–2019), where he played a key role in strengthening diplomatic relations. He has been a pivotal member of several strategic committees, including the Economies Committee for Organizing the Qatar First Economic Forum (2021), the Coordinating Committee for VIP Guests Protocol, and the Committee for Plans & Activities related to Communication and Marketing and the Experience of Football Fans at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
His expertise spans political, economic, and security conferences, including peace negotiations, UN summits, and ministerial meetings. With a deep understanding of international diplomacy, he has significantly contributed to Qatar’s global engagement.
Al-Kuwari holds an MBA from the UK and is fluent in Arabic and English. His leadership in protocol, international relations, and event management continues to enhance Qatar’s presence on the global stage.
