· Commissioned as the 47th class of the Naval Academy on March, 1993.
· Currently a Rear Admiral in the Navy.
· Obtained a Master's degree in Education from Yonsei University, South Korea, and a Doctorate in Education from Texas A&T University, United States.
· Naval attache of Hawaii, Chief of Staff to the Chief of Naval Operations, Commander of the Jinhae Naval Base.
· Awarded the Presidential Commendation.
