Mike is responsible for working with governments, policymakers and third parties to create a positive case for change and a favorable environment for Uber’s innovations in mobility, delivery and beyond. Prior to joining Uber, Mike was at Airbnb where he held roles as General Manager for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan where he led Airbnb’s business and operations and as Director of Public Policy for the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Mike led Google's public policy efforts for emerging markets in Asia, covering a wide range of Internet policy issues, and worked at the US-ASEAN Business Council in Washington D.C., where he represented leading US investors in Southeast Asia on complex trade and investment issues across a variety of industries. Mike is a graduate of Stanford University.
