Dr. LEE Sookyeon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Security Policy at Korea National Defense University and a Research Fellow at Center for Security Strategy, Research Institute for National Security Affairs (RINSA). She is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps on active duty. Dr. LEE is a member of the Advisory Committee on MDA with the Korea Coast Guard and serves as a Board Member and Research Committee Leader for Southeast Asia Security & Peace at Korean Association of Southeast Asian Studies. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the Seoul National University.
