The 11th CEO of the Jeju Foundation for Arts and Culture, KIM Soo Yeul, former teacher, is a literary figure and has been playing a pivotal role in the field of culture and arts in Jeju as he served as the chairman of the Jeju Culture and Arts Committee, the president of the Jeju Federation of Arts and Culture Organizations, and the president of the Jeju Writers Association.
