Biography
Mr. YOUN Joo Taek, the Chairman of the International Beauty Industry Trade Association (IBITA), was born in 1963 in Yeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do. He has organized 75 international exhibitions in 45 countries and has been active as an event director for GCC in 19 countries.
As a leader in the cosmetics and beauty industry, Mr. YOUN possesses moral integrity, honesty, decisiveness, and drive. With thorough planning, he makes decisions and perseveres until goals are achieved, demonstrating patience and determination.
Since its establishment in January 2012, IBITA has grown to include a total of 714 members, including special members, under Mr. YOUN's leadership as the practical association chairman.
Notably, he has pioneered export channels for Korean companies in the Middle East through agreements with the UAE government while actively serving as an event director for GCC countries including France, the UK, Italy, Japan, and the USA, demonstrating his leadership in global networking.
Additionally, in 2018, he founded JT NEWS, an English and Korean comprehensive online newspaper, gaining attention overseas.
