Ms. Zelda Wulan KARTIKA was appointed as Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Indonesia to the ROK on 3 Nov 2023, after previously serving as Minister/Deputy Chief of Mission since June 2021. She was the Director for North and Central American and West Caribbean Affairs at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2018-2021, and Head of the WMD and Conventional Weapons Sub Directorate in 2015-2017. Her overseas assignment includes being a Political Counselor at the Indonesian Embassy in Washington DC (2010-2014) and Second Secretary for Public Diplomacy at the Indonesian Embassy in Warsaw (2004-2007). She is a graduate of Gadjah Mada University (Bachelor’s degree) and University of Indonesia (Master’s degree) majoring in International Relations.
